Morgan started their digital career in the corporate sector, working for the Washington Group, start-ups and their own digital agency in Lisbon. Morgan then applied this learning to great effect in the charitable sector. First for Shelter where they introduced a new digital fundraising strategy. And now for the IOP where they joined as Head of Digital and Data and is positively challenging the organisation to embrace DevOps, and an Agile and Lean mind-set.
