UK’s National Savings & Investments (NS&I) is currently looking for an IT partner in a £172m deal.
Indeed, following the end of its arrangement with Atos IT, the agency is in need of an IT services company to provide digital self-service experiences and journeys to its customers as well as deliver these services through mobile apps, website, and voice assistant channels.
This offer aims to help continue the bank’s transition into the age of online and mobile-first engagement with customers. Hence, the bank to transition completely to a digital-first, self-service retail bank alongside Assisted Digital support for customers who are unable to self-serve.
The contract should last up to 56 months and could possibly be extended for another two years.
